Accounts Receivable Credit Specialist I

About the role

The Accounts Receivable Credit Specialist assesses the creditworthiness of new and existing customers, gathers financial information, and manages credit limits. This role serves as a liaison between Dentsply Sirona and external entities such as customers, credit agencies, and legal counsel.

Key responsibilities

• Process credit applications and contact bank and trade references.
• Conduct credit investigations with financial statement analysis to set credit lines and payment terms.
• Review and maintain credit limits for assigned accounts, collaborating with sales teams.
• Monitor accounts receivable to limit risk and flag unstable credit conditions.
• Communicate credit hold status to collections, management, sales, and customers.
• Serve as first point of contact for legal department and third‑party collection agencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma.
• 1‑4 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field.
• Strong English proficiency (minimum C1).
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self‑starter with strong organization and multitasking abilities.
