About the role
As the first point of contact for clients entering a Compass office, you will ensure the space runs smoothly and reflects the company’s standards. You will support agents and visitors with technology, marketing materials, and everyday office needs while fostering a welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, manage mail, and set up in‑office events.
- Maintain office appearance, organize supplies, and report facilities issues.
- Provide 1:1 support for Compass technology and related services.
- Create basic marketing collateral from templates and liaise with marketing specialists for complex requests.
- Answer questions and troubleshoot technology, devices, conference‑room hardware, and enterprise systems.
- Assist with ad‑hoc administrative tasks such as sales meeting preparation, data entry, and office communications.
- Promote a positive office culture and encourage agent interaction.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations.
- Previous exposure to real‑estate environments is a plus.
- Strong listening, empathy, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized.
- Ability to work onsite during standard business hours and lift up to 25 lb.
