About the role
The Vice President of Operations will drive operational efficiency and profitability across the organization. Reporting to executive leadership, this senior leader will oversee financial planning, asset utilization, and the execution of strategic initiatives that enhance margins and support long‑term growth.
Key responsibilities
- Provide operational oversight, including financial planning, personnel management, and company asset utilization.
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of a comprehensive operations and customer support strategy.
- Mentor senior managers, instill best practices, and ensure alignment with sales objectives.
- Assess current SOPs, manage by exception, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Manage and report on key operational metrics, budgets, and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop the annual business plan and long‑term growth forecasts.
- Partner with the Sales team to expand top‑line revenue through customer relationship initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of proven leadership experience, including director‑level or higher roles.
- Experience managing both onsite and remote teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and technological aptitude.
- Track record of leading an organization through sustained, profitable growth.
- Strong operational and financial acumen with measurable success in plan development and execution.
- Bachelor's degree required.
