AI and Data Platform Lead

About the role

The IMT SC Large Program AI and Data Platform Lead will oversee design, development, testing, deployment and management of enterprise AI products and integrated data platforms, driving measurable business outcomes through disciplined engineering and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and manage enterprise AI applications, data platforms and related technology products.
• Lead requirements analysis, solution design and architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and data maturity.
• Define and govern solution structures, interfaces, dependencies and non‑functional requirements across complex landscapes.
• Oversee software development, testing strategies, automation, risk tracking and quality reporting.
• Ensure effective deployment, maintenance and continuous evolution through SDLC, DevOps and change management.
• Lead AI‑enabled product engineering, decision intelligence solutions and data platform integration with SAP and IMSC ecosystems.
• Establish technology, data and AI governance frameworks and ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act).
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams, manage portfolio delivery, value realization and budget outcomes.

Required profile

• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in SAP, AI, Data and Analytics.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, AI, Data Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP BDC, SAP BTP, Integration suite and delivering Agentic AI solutions using SAP Joule or Microsoft Copilot.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
