WordPress Frontend Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Front‑End Developer who will shape the visual and interactive experience of our WordPress‑based web projects. The role involves turning wireframes and mock‑ups into clean, reusable code while ensuring high‑quality, responsive websites that reflect our clients’ brand stories.

Key responsibilities

• Convert design mock‑ups and wireframes into functional WordPress pages using Elementor, WP‑Bakery or DIVI.
• Develop and maintain UI components with HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap and JavaScript (including jQuery and Angular).
• Write well‑documented, reusable code that can query APIs and integrate with back‑end services.
• Identify, debug and resolve front‑end issues across multiple browsers and platforms.
• Audit performance, optimise loading times and ensure cross‑browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with designers, back‑end developers and project stakeholders to align implementation with UX specifications.
• Produce technical documentation and visual data visualisations as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience building responsive, cross‑browser websites.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Self‑driven attitude with ability to work independently or within a team.
• Interest in staying up‑to‑date with emerging front‑end technologies.

Required skills

• WordPress development and page‑builder tools (Elementor, WP‑Bakery, DIVI).
• HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular.
• CSS preprocessors such as Sass, Less or Stylus.
• API integration and front‑end performance optimisation.
