Team Truck Driver (Class A) – Home Weekly, $140k-$160k

About the role

R+L Carriers is hiring Class A Team Drivers to operate 53‑foot van or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations. Drivers enjoy a home‑every‑week schedule (5 days on the road, 2 days off) and a competitive annual salary of $140,000‑$160,000.

Key responsibilities

• Pull and deliver van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers across regional routes.
• Maintain a 5‑day on‑road, 2‑day off‑road schedule, returning home each week.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least 1 year of verifiable Class A experience in the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, ≤3 moving violations in 3 years) and age 23 (21 with FMCSA military transition).
• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and road test; capable of lifting, bending, and stooping.
• Preferred experience with doubles/triples, tanker, haz‑mat endorsements, or LTL freight.
