Class A Team Truck Driver – $140k-$160k Salary

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking experienced Class A Team Drivers to join its La Feria, TX service center. Drivers will operate 53‑foot van trailers or double trailers, moving freight between service centers and turn‑point locations while enjoying a predictable home‑weekly schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Pull and deliver van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers on assigned routes.
• Maintain a 5‑day on‑road, 2‑day off‑road schedule each week.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and compliance with all DOT regulations.
• Complete pre‑employment DOT physicals, drug screens, and road tests.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (MVR) with no serious violations and no more than three moving violations in the past three years.
• Age 23 (or 21 with FMCSA‑approved military transition).
• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Physical ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.

Required skills

• CDL Class A certification.
