Warehouse Associate I

About the role

The Warehouse Associate I is a key member of Coloplast's Distribution team, responsible for delivering excellent customer service through accurate order fulfillment, inventory management and safe warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process, pick, pack and ship customer orders in line with the Quality Management System.
• Perform general warehouse duties such as receiving stock, replenishing materials, conducting order checks and maintaining housekeeping standards.
• Achieve monthly individual performance targets and contribute ideas to improve warehouse processes.
• Follow EHS, quality and safety guidelines, reporting any issues to supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED; prior experience in a warehouse or production environment is desirable.
• Knowledge of distribution principles, OSHA regulations and basic numeracy.
• Willingness to learn and obtain Material Handling Equipment certification.

Required skills

• Basic PC skills, including keyboard proficiency and MS Office.
• Experience using RF scanners or similar inventory systems.
• Understanding of OSHA safety standards.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001/ISO 13485 and basic MDSAP audit concepts.
