About the role
The Teacher's Aide assists the preschool teacher in delivering educational support within a preschool classroom, helping young children learn and develop in a flexible, team‑oriented environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the preschool teacher with daily instructional activities and classroom management.
- Support young children individually and in groups, fostering a safe and engaging learning atmosphere.
- Maintain classroom materials, organize learning resources, and ensure a clean environment.
- Provide transportation assistance as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
Required profile
- Experience working with young children.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Valid Missouri driver’s license with personal transportation and insurance.
- High School Diploma or GED; CDA credential preferred.
