Training Center Manager

About the role

The Training Center Manager will oversee all training services delivered to clients, ensuring they follow Bureau Veritas certification procedures. This role manages the daily operations of the training centre, plans and delivers courses across sectors such as food safety and environmental, and works closely with marketing, sales and other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Business Unit Manager to drive business development, manage training courses and ensure compliance with Bureau Veritas Training Program Partners (e.g., CER MS, CQI, IRCA).
• Verify that all trainers hold required credentials, are authenticated and approved, and maintain accurate records of approvals.
• Ensure sales personnel are knowledgeable about training offerings and program requirements.
• Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of each training course.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree or higher.
• Proficiency with computers and database applications.
• Detailed knowledge of training‑body requirements and ability to work with various computer applications.
• Experience with certified training partner programs (e.g., CQI‑IRCA, BRCGS, SQFI, FSPCA) is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, project and people‑management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
