About the role
The Program Coordinator II will support faculty and students in the development, delivery, and evaluation of the EnMed pre‑clerkship curriculum at Texas A&M University’s Health Science Center. Working under the Pre‑Clerkship Program Manager, the coordinator will manage course information, scheduling, and communication across multiple stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate all course information, room reservations, and Zoom sessions for assigned pre‑clerkship courses.
- Maintain and update the learning management system with course materials, calendars, and schedules.
- Organize and lead course initiation meetings and serve as the primary administrative liaison with faculty.
- Arrange proctors and coordinate examination logistics, both in‑person and online.
- Collaborate with the Offices of Academic Technology, Marketing, and Communications for support on course sessions, examinations, and trainings.
- Facilitate communication among course co‑directors, faculty, students, and staff.
Required profile
- Experience supporting academic programs and coordinating curriculum delivery.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities to manage multiple courses and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently under supervision and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
