About the role

MANGO is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its Hudson Yards Mall location in New York. You will be responsible for driving sales, delivering top‑tier customer service, and maintaining the brand’s visual standards while inspiring a multicultural team.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective merchandising and staff performance.
• Ensure an excellent level of customer service throughout the store.
• Analyze management indicators and control costs to improve profitability.
• Maintain merchandising standards and optimize selling space.
• Manage stock levels and product knowledge of the collection.
• Recruit, train, and integrate new employees.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team, fostering clear communication.
• Plan, organize, prioritize tasks and manage personnel administration duties.
