Staff Product Manager – Marketplace Supply

About the role

ShiftKey connects healthcare professionals with facilities across diverse care settings. This role owns the experience that keeps professionals on the platform – from discovering shifts, getting placed, seeing earnings, building reputation, to returning for future work.

Key responsibilities

• Own the professional’s end‑to‑end experience: discovery, placement, and retention.
• Define and own Professional Lifetime Value, reporting it to leadership.
• Build a long‑term retention strategy that keeps professionals active beyond their first shift.
• Design reputation and discovery mechanisms for professionals to be found by facilities.
• Make earnings transparent – what professionals earn, why, and how to improve it.

Required profile

• 7‑9 years of product management experience, with significant time on the supply side of a marketplace or platform.
• Proven experience solving for engagement, not just availability, in a marketplace.
• Comfort linking product decisions to unit economics and discussing them with finance.
• Strong data instincts – instrument before building and diagnose retention vs. discovery issues.
• Track record of partnering across team boundaries without direct control.
