Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

The Quality Assurance Specialist ensures that digital projects meet QA standards and client expectations. Working closely with QA leads, developers, designers and project managers, the specialist drives quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, user stories and technical documentation to define testing needs and identify gaps.
• Create, maintain and execute test plans, test cases, scripts, checklists and traceability matrices.
• Perform functional, non‑functional and regression testing across digital products.
• Identify, document and track defects using Jira or similar tools, and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Generate quality reports, metrics and actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in meetings, planning sessions and QA reviews.
• Contribute to QA estimation, process improvements and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of software QA experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Agile software development methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both local and offshore teams.
• Resilience under pressure and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
