Senior Vice President of Finance & Operations

About the role

We are seeking a senior finance and operations leader to build the infrastructure that will enable Siftwell Analytics to scale its AI‑driven health‑plan solutions. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the President, the SVP will translate long‑term strategy into disciplined execution across finance, operations, legal, compliance and people functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run the Finance & Operations organization, establishing systems, operating rhythms, financial discipline and cross‑functional processes.
• Lead company operating cadence, budgeting, headcount planning, KPI reporting and Board‑level financial planning.
• Oversee legal and governance matters, including contracts, regulatory compliance and multistate tax obligations.
• Partner with the CEO and President to turn strategic goals into executable operating plans and capital allocation decisions.
• Drive capital efficiency, manage fundraising rounds, scenario modeling and runway planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or professional certification preferred) and 12+ years of progressive experience in finance, operations or executive leadership.
• Proven track record building or maturing finance and operations functions in a high‑growth, Series A‑B technology company.
• Experience managing legal matters through outside counsel and fluency with SaaS growth metrics such as ARR, net revenue retention, CAC/LTV and burn multiple.
• Direct involvement in venture financings, capital strategy and Board‑level financial reporting.
• Demonstrated commitment to capital efficiency and ability to lead cross‑functional teams through influence.
