Controller / Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

JELD-WEN is seeking a Controller / Senior Financial Analyst to lead forecasting, budgeting, reporting and strategic analysis for its Windows business. The role will support North America leadership with monthly reporting packages and act as a key cross‑functional business partner.

Key responsibilities

• Streamline and standardize financial reporting, planning and analysis in collaboration with North America FP&A.
• Create and maintain KPIs, dashboards and tools to provide visibility into Windows business performance.
• Consolidate and analyze budgets, actuals and forecasts; develop standard reports for monthly reporting.
• Lead the Windows bridging process, manage templates and communicate results to leadership.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to validate and communicate budgets, forecasts and analytical results.
• Manage the weekly pulse file, update tools, and provide predictive analytics on business outlook.
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, reporting and analytics.
• Maintain the Windows FP&A calendar and perform ad‑hoc analysis as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.
