Senior FP&A Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior FP&A Analyst to join Renuity’s Financial Planning & Analysis team in Charlotte. The role will own the corporate P&L, ensure accurate and timely management reporting, and support budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow visibility across a multi‑entity, private‑equity‑backed organization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for leadership.
• Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Partner with Corporate Accounting on close timelines and validate results.
• Support ERP and reporting system initiatives affecting financial reporting, planning, and close automation.
• Own corporate P&L end‑to‑end, partnering with function leaders to plan, forecast, and control spend.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and month‑end review of corporate overhead and shared services.
• Monitor headcount and discretionary spend, flagging risks and opportunities.
• Build and maintain short‑ and long‑term cash‑flow forecasts, including working‑capital drivers.
• Partner with functional teams to improve visibility of spend and cash‑outflows.
• Contribute to corporate FP&A transformation initiatives and ad‑hoc analysis such as fleet management, capex reporting, and real‑estate.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance or comparable analytical role.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to partner across functions and senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
