Senior Manager Specialty Area Sales – Medical Nutrition (North Central)

About the role

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a senior leader to drive profitable growth of its medical nutrition portfolio across the North Central U.S. region. The role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and direct customer engagement to execute the Area Business Plan.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a specialty sales team, creating and executing localized strategies to generate profitable sales growth.
• Maintain and update the strategic Area Business Plan and individual territory plans for direct reports.
• Deploy sales executives strategically across key accounts and prescribers, adjusting resources based on performance metrics.
• Collaborate with National Accounts, Market Access, Customer Development, and Medical Affairs to win and retain business.
• Provide on‑the‑job coaching through field ride‑alongs and customer visits, focusing on business acumen and value‑based selling.
• Travel up to 60% of the time to cover the multi‑state territory.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related medical field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of successful sales experience in healthcare or consumer health, with 5+ years in sales leadership.
• Proven ability to develop high‑performance teams and execute corporate initiatives.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities, with experience influencing senior management.
