Inside Sales Representative – Medical Supplies

About the role

The Inside Sales Representative will handle high‑volume inbound and proactive outbound prospecting for hospital patient‑monitoring supplies. You will manage leads, opportunities and order entry while delivering accurate quotes and ensuring timely follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Drive Order Intake (OIT) through targeted outbound campaigns and high‑quality inbound customer engagement.
• Create, manage and progress sales opportunities in Salesforce to maintain pipeline visibility.
• Develop and deliver customer quotes using approved quoting tools with pricing accuracy.
• Leverage Salesforce, SAP and Apttus to manage customer data, sales activities and workflow execution.
• Maintain strong funnel hygiene through proactive follow‑up and disciplined opportunity stage management.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience supporting sales or e‑commerce teams (or equivalent education).
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and flexible team player.
• U.S. work authorization and residence within commuting distance to Nashville, TN.
