Inside Sales Account Manager, Install Base – Diagnostic Imaging

About the role

As an Inside Sales Account Manager for the Diagnostic Imaging Install Base, you will own a North American territory and drive growth within existing customer accounts. You will collaborate with field teams on account planning, forecasting and sales execution, while ensuring market penetration and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers, acting as the primary contact for the Install Base.
• Determine customer requirements by working closely with technical support and internal partners.
• Leverage an internal and external network to increase revenue from existing accounts.
• Use data analytics to support territory planning, budgetary quotes and changes.
• Achieve metrics related to funnel velocity, opportunity advancement and territory growth.

Required profile

• 4+ years of inside sales or B2B customer management experience.
• Medical‑device experience preferred.
• Proven ability to quote, understand the hospital buying process and sell service agreements.
• Experience selling to executive and C‑suite customers.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

• Total target earnings of $97,750 – $138,000 annually (base salary + incentive).
