Senior Director of Discipleship

About the role

At Lifepointe Church we believe true life transformation happens within community. We are seeking a high‑capacity, visionary leader to serve as Senior Director of Discipleship & Care. The mission is to ensure every person is known, loved and discipled, while pastoring small‑group leaders and overseeing critical care moments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and oversee LifeGroups and LifeLines programs, acting as architect of community.
• Provide pastoral care and Lifeline support, including crisis intervention and counseling.
• Pastor the pastors of small groups, equipping them for sustainable spiritual growth.
• Develop milestones and next‑step pathways for congregants’ discipleship journeys.

Required profile

• Demonstrated “shepherd’s heart” with a passion for seeing leaders succeed.
• Strategic thinker able to build scalable systems for future church growth.
• Culture carrier who embodies and communicates Lifepointe’s mission with passion.
• Proven leader of leaders, with experience identifying and coaching emerging ministry talent.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master of Divinity or related master’s preferred.
• 7‑10+ years of vocational ministry experience, including care or counseling.
