About the role

Join Nespresso’s boutique at the Mall of America for the holiday season as a part‑time Seasonal Sales Associate. You will be the welcoming face of the store, offering complimentary coffee tastings and helping customers find their perfect coffee match.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and memorable experience for every customer.
• Provide coffee tastings and guide guests on their coffee journey.
• Operate digital systems and point‑of‑sale software to process transactions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and attractive boutique environment.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth boutique operations.

Required profile

• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced luxury setting.
• Availability for open and closing shifts, weekends, and holiday peak hours through January 2027.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and willingness to share Nespresso’s sustainability values.

Required skills

• Point‑of‑sale (POS) system operation.
