Enterprise Account Manager

About the role

Retell AI is building a modern CX platform powered by voice AI. The Enterprise Account Manager will own a portfolio of enterprise customers from launch through renewal, driving growth by increasing call‑volume usage on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own net revenue retention across a book of enterprise accounts, managing the post‑launch relationship from first production call through renewal.
• Grow consumption by expanding pilot use cases to production, scaling across departments and increasing call volume on Retell.
• Forecast, negotiate and close renewals while identifying upsell opportunities.
• Translate usage data into business cases that enable customers to expand their AI adoption.
• Communicate blockers to Product and Engineering with associated revenue impact.

Required profile

• 2+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or a post‑sales role with direct ownership of renewal or expansion numbers at a B2B software company.
• Demonstrated ability to walk through a specific account’s growth, value, and actions taken.
• Comfort with usage data and ability to build commercial arguments from adoption dashboards.
• Experience holding executive‑level and hard‑commercial conversations in the same meeting.
