Seasonal Overnight Front Desk Agent – 3‑Month Assignment

About the role

Sentral is seeking a Seasonal Overnight Front Desk Agent for a three‑month assignment to provide hospitality‑focused service to residents and guests in one of its on‑site communities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact, greeting residents and guests by name, handling calls, messages, and requests with professionalism.
• Maintain building security by monitoring access, managing key systems, and reporting safety concerns.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as package handling, light copying, and inventory of refreshment stations.
• Promote property amenities and local businesses through active marketing and resident programming.
• Support emergency procedures, property evacuation plans, and assist maintenance with repairs.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• At least one year of experience in hospitality or customer‑service roles; multifamily experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in‑person and via phone/email.
• Ability to work flexible evenings and weekends, including overnight shifts.

Required skills

• Computer‑savvy with the ability to learn multiple software systems.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem‑solving abilities.
