About the role

The Anheuser‑Busch Tour Center offers memorable tours of three National Landmarks, including the Budweiser Clydesdales Stable and historic Old Lyon Schoolhouse. As a Part‑Time Tour Guide you will learn the company’s story and share it with visitors, creating an engaging and welcoming experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a company‑approved presentation to large groups, ensuring accurate and engaging storytelling.
• Serve in various host roles such as reception and front‑desk support.
• Support special events and on‑site programs.
• Provide guests with directions, information, and assistance as needed.
• Respond to guest inquiries while delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Maintain professionalism in all public‑facing interactions.

Required profile

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Public speaking experience preferred.
• Ability to memorize and confidently deliver a detailed 10–15‑page tour script.
• Dependable, enthusiastic, cheerful, and professional demeanor.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
