About the role
The Seasonal Floor Staff member creates memorable experiences for guests in the Cutwater Spirits Tasting Room and Kitchen, handling everything from greeting visitors to delivering food and sharing product stories.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide a warm welcome.
- Take orders, enter them into the POS system and process payments.
- Deliver food and beverages, clear tables, and bus dishes.
- Answer guest questions about menu items, ingredients and recommendations.
- Handle phone reservations and respond to customer complaints.
- Maintain stocked server stations with tableware, napkins and condiments.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year experience in food service.
- Food handler’s license (or obtain within 30 days).
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to stand for extended periods.
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends (minimum 3 days per week).
