About the role

The Resident Service Manager is responsible for delivering high‑quality customer support to residents of Kapilina Beach Homes. You will handle service requests, accounting and rental issues, and coordinate various resident‑related functions to drive retention and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to resident inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Assist with service requests, rent and fee payments, and accounting issues.
  • Complete callbacks on all service requests within 24 hours.
  • Develop and coordinate resident‑focused initiatives to meet community retention goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and service outcomes.

Required profile

  • 1–2 years of related experience in property or resident services.
  • Valid Hawaii Real Estate License.
  • Eligibility for incentive‑based bonuses.
