Resident Service Manager

About the role

The Resident Service Manager supports the community by handling resident inquiries, service requests, accounting and rental issues, and coordinating events and communications to drive resident satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve resident complaints and concerns promptly, answering questions about rent and fees.
• Complete callbacks on all service requests within 24 hours.
• Create and distribute resident communications such as newsletters, surveys, and lease‑violation letters.
• Organize resident events, welcome gifts, birthday cards, and unit visits.
• Monitor community appearance, curb appeal, landscaping, and office readiness daily.
• Review Courtesy Patrol Officer nightly reports and follow up on incidents and lease violations.
• Review Valet Living nightly reports and follow up on incidents and lease violations.
• Check front‑desk phone and email throughout the day and respond as needed.
• Prepare community access keys/fobs for new move‑ins.
• Assist with vendor coordination and resident communication during emergency maintenance.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of related experience in property or resident services.
• Valid Hawaii Real Estate License.
• Eligibility for incentive‑based bonuses.
• Willingness to work a regular schedule with possible on‑call duties.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and attention to detail.
