About the role

The Resident Services Coordinator supports prospective and current tenants at Kapilina Beach Homes, ensuring a high‑quality living experience. This role combines front‑line customer service with coordination of resident activities and property operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service to prospective tenants, current residents, and property staff.
• Orient new residents, assist with utility set‑up, and manage package deliveries and claim reminders.
• Develop and publish the property newsletter featuring events, services, and advertisements.
• Handle resident issues such as neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and incident reporting.
• Schedule clubhouse and activity‑center rentals, maintain contracts, and collect fees.
• Maintain guest suites, offering amenities like movies, books, and games.
• Process maintenance work orders, follow up with residents, and compile weekly maintenance reports.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, reporting repair needs.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Physical capacity to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work a regular schedule with possible on‑call duties (Sunday‑Thursday).
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple resident activities and documentation.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents, staff, and vendors.
