About the role

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by promoting and cross-selling banking, lending and investment products.

• Prospect new customers through networking, referrals, lead calling and community engagement.
• Provide transactional, servicing and product support to meet customers’ financial requirements.
• Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience across in-person, phone and digital channels.
