About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Project Manager to lead the delivery of Oracle Financials Cloud solutions for clients in Orlando, FL. The role involves translating business requirements into technical designs, overseeing development, testing, and deployment, and ensuring seamless system rollouts.

Key responsibilities

• Create comprehensive business requirement documents based on workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Design high‑ and low‑level software solutions, validate prototypes, and incorporate feedback.
• Develop complex applications and guide the development team on coding standards aligned with architectural specifications.
• Define and execute testing strategies that meet functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Lead technical implementation of system infrastructure and new software applications, ensuring timely deployment.
• Coordinate system rollouts to minimize operational disruption.
• Analyze incident trends, identify root causes, and implement monitoring protocols.
• Provide expert guidance to clients and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge bases for easy information access.

Required profile

• Senior‑level project management experience, preferably in Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver projects on schedule.
