IT Engineer – Part‑Time Secondment (Global)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Engineer to join our internal team on a part‑time, shared‑role basis as a secondment. The role supports Epos Now employees across EMEA, NAM and APAC, handling onboarding, asset management and information‑security compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding of employees on all business platforms worldwide.
• Handle employee IT queries using service‑desk tools and resolve daily requests.
• Deliver training on information security and basic compliance to staff in all regions.
• Administer client devices (PCs, laptops) and maintain the global asset register.
• Coordinate hardware purchasing with supply‑chain partners and work with Finance to track IT assets.
• Maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and related policies.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, communicate with stakeholders, and keep documentation up to date.

Required profile

• Strong interest in IT support and asset management across multiple regions.
• Good communication skills to interact with global stakeholders.
• Ability to follow security policies and deliver training.
