About the role

We are seeking an Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Broadacres office. The role ensures a professional, welcoming environment for staff, clients and visitors while providing essential administrative support.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain smooth day‑to‑day office operations and coordinate internal processes.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment and facilities.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and handle client interactions.
  • Organise meetings, travel arrangements and documentation.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Required profile

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills
