About the role
We are seeking an Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Broadacres office. The role ensures a professional, welcoming environment for staff, clients and visitors while providing essential administrative support.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain smooth day‑to‑day office operations and coordinate internal processes.
- Manage office supplies, equipment and facilities.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and handle client interactions.
- Organise meetings, travel arrangements and documentation.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
