Night Ambassador – Hospitality (Miami)

About the role

Join citizenM’s vibrant Miami hotel as a Night Ambassador, delivering exceptional guest experiences during the overnight hours. You will be the friendly face that welcomes guests, serves food and beverages, and ensures smooth operations throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and assist them with self‑check‑in kiosks.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast items, coffee, and signature cocktails.
• Perform kitchen duties including dishwashing, cleaning, food handling and basic cooking.
• Act as a concierge, providing local recommendations and answering guest inquiries.
• Maintain the public areas, living room and canteen, and set up food displays for the next shift.
• Handle reservations and night‑audit tasks using the property management system (PMS).
• Manage keys and oversee hotel operations during the night, including emergency situations.

Required profile

• Fluent English speaker; additional languages are a plus.
• U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
• Positive, collaborative attitude with a genuine, friendly approach to guests.
• Ability to work flexible overnight schedules, including weekends.

Required skills

• Experience using a Property Management System (PMS) for reservations and night audit.
