Hotel Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organized, detail‑oriented Hotel Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth execution of group bookings and events. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments, helping to deliver memorable hospitality experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager with coordinating group bookings, event details, and sales contracts.
• Communicate with clients from inquiry through final billing to guarantee seamless event execution.
• Maintain accurate sales records, prepare proposals, and track booking details.
• Collaborate with front‑desk, housekeeping, and banquet teams to align all departments with sales commitments.
• Provide administrative support such as email response, schedule management, and sales reporting.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• A positive attitude and willingness to assist across hotel operations.
• Prior experience in sales, event planning, or hospitality is a plus, but training is provided for the right candidate.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
