About the role

We are seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to join our front‑desk team. In this part‑time position you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience from check‑in to check‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, handle check‑in and check‑out procedures, and manage room assignments.
• Process payments, address guest inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate daily front‑desk logs and documentation.
