Member Experience Coordinator

About the role

The Member Experience Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for members, guests, and prospects at Maverick Golf and Ranch Club. Working closely with Club Member Services, Sales, and Operations, you will design and deliver memorable hospitality experiences that reflect the club’s commitment to quality and service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate arrivals, departures, accommodations, transportation, reservations and activities for members, guests and visitors.
• Welcome members and guests upon arrival and departure, creating a warm and inclusive environment.
• Monitor and respond promptly to all member inquiries via email, phone and messaging platforms.
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure seamless service execution for member requests.
• Create and update daily reporting communications for club distribution.
• Maintain accurate member profiles and preferences across multiple platforms.
• Develop written and visual guides, including calendars, amenity lists, staff bios and photos.
• Support the Sales team in crafting exceptional experiences for prospects and visitors.
• Promote club activities, events and information in line with brand standards.
• Assist in planning, coordinating and executing club and member events.
• Provide on‑property and local area transportation as needed.
• Maintain the club activity calendar and a trusted list of local vendors and services.

Required profile

• Prior experience and proven success in a hospitality or guest‑service support role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both face‑to‑face and virtual.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
