About the role

Join Cactus Club Cafe’s expanding team in Miami and play a key part in delivering a seamless dining experience. As a Server Assistant you will help optimize guest flow, maintain high cleanliness standards, and support a fast‑paced service environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist servers in setting up tables, delivering food and beverages, and clearing dishes.
• Monitor and improve guest flow to ensure efficient seating and service.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, stations, and service equipment.
• Support the team by restocking supplies and handling light lifting tasks.

• Highly organized, efficient, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor.
• Collaborative team player who can stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
