About the role

Join citizenM in Miami as a Hospitality Day Ambassador, where you’ll be the face of the hotel and deliver memorable experiences to guests. This dynamic position blends customer service, food & beverage, and concierge duties in a fast‑paced, fun environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist them at self‑check‑in kiosks.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast items, meals, coffee, and signature cocktails.
• Support kitchen operations, including dishwashing, cleaning, food handling, and cooking.
• Act as a local concierge, providing recommendations on dining, shopping, and entertainment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the living room, canteen, and food displays.
• Handle guest requests, operate hotel technology, and manage reservations in the Property Management System (PMS).
• Set up societyM meeting rooms when required.

Required skills

• Experience using a Property Management System (PMS) for reservations.
