Make-Ready Technician for Apartment Turnover

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Make‑Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents at our Mezzo Kirby Med Center community. The role involves completing repairs, cleaning and finishing tasks so units meet Greystar’s quality standards and are market‑ready quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all required repairs and improvements on vacant units following the community’s make‑ready checklist.
• Caulk and seal windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs and showers as needed.
• Inspect and repair or replace damaged sheetrock.
• Apply touch‑up paint to vacant and occupied units under supervision.
• Maintain common areas by picking up trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, and painting curbs and signage.
• Document completed work and submit maintenance records promptly.
• Follow Greystar safety policies, attend safety meetings and complete OSHA training.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Customer‑service mindset when interacting with residents.
