Groundskeeper for Braeswood Place Community

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and safety of the Braeswood Place community in Houston. The role supports the service team by keeping common areas, amenities, and landscaping clean and well‑maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the property throughout the day to remove litter, debris, pet waste and ensure all common areas are tidy.
• Clear trash from vacant units before the make‑ready process and keep storage areas organized.
• Perform minor service requests and assist the make‑ready specialist with unit turnovers.
• Change locks according to policy and verify that pool gates and other safety devices function correctly.
• Distribute resident notices and communicate relevant information.
• Report hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer resident questions and address maintenance complaints.
• Follow Greystar’s safety and risk‑management policies, attend safety meetings and complete required OSHA training.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders and work in confined spaces.
• Capability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
