Leasing Manager (Floating) – Houston

About the role

The Leasing Manager (Floating) leads marketing, sales and leasing activities for a residential community in the Houston area. This position ensures revenue and occupancy targets are met while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and on‑site traffic to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Set rent pricing, concessions and leasing incentives based on market conditions.
• Generate and monitor leasing traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents and oversee move‑in procedures.
• Analyze financial, traffic and closing reports to identify performance issues and implement solutions.
• Supervise the leasing team – hiring, training, performance management and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure “ready” units meet branding standards and enhance salability.

Required profile

• All state and local licenses/certifications required for leasing management.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
