Leasing Professional for WaterWall Place

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for WaterWall Place by managing all aspects of the leasing cycle, from prospecting to move‑in and lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.
• Maintain show unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the maintenance team.
