About the role
The Community Manager – THEA will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a stabilized 685‑unit property in Los Angeles. You will lead the on‑site team, manage resources, and ensure the property meets its financial and operational targets while complying with all relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily property activities, team members, and service vendors.
- Drive resident renewal, retention, and engagement initiatives.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, providing input for budget development.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Greystar policies.
- Generate regular operational and financial reports.
- Maintain weekend availability (Thursday‑Monday schedule).
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of community manager experience in multifamily housing.
- Demonstrated experience with renewal, retention, and resident engagement.
- Strong reporting orientation.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
- Advanced Excel skills.
