Leasing Professional (Floating) – Park on Memorial

About the role

The Leasing Professional (Floating) will support Park on Memorial by driving leasing activity, resident satisfaction, and lease renewals. This position works closely with the property management team to meet occupancy and revenue targets while delivering a high‑quality resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any outstanding items with maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing via Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other platforms.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to greet, qualify, and guide prospective residents.
• Attention to detail for apartment inspections and move‑in readiness.
• Ability to stay informed about local market trends and adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
• Effective communication skills for tours, lease negotiations, and resident interactions.
