About the role

Maintenance Supervisor – Cru at Willows is responsible for overseeing and performing technical and mechanical work to ensure the interior and exterior of the 195‑unit community, its grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and execute technical and mechanical maintenance tasks across the property.
• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality of buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas.
• Manage outside vendors, coordinate service requests and follow up on warranties.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.

Required profile

• Experience in building or property maintenance and supervision.
• Ability to manage vendors and handle warranty follow‑ups.
• Strong focus on safety, cleanliness and operational standards.
