Maintenance Supervisor – Redmond

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for its Redmond community. You will oversee technical and mechanical work to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while managing outside vendors and warranty follow‑ups.
• Develop and enforce standards for property cleanliness and appearance.
• Perform hot‑water heater repairs, basic carpentry, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Supervise up to five maintenance employees.
• Assist in budgeting for regular repairs, maintenance, and capital expenses.
• Delegate and complete resident work orders promptly.

Required profile

• Extensive maintenance management experience in multifamily housing.
• Knowledge of hot‑water heater repair, carpentry, and various roofing materials (shingle, BUR membrane, EPDM) – preferred.
• Proficient and safe use of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Experience with MS Office Suite; familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite is highly desired.
