About the role
Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join the Arlo team in Seattle. You will be responsible for ensuring that all building systems, grounds, and common areas meet the company’s standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Inspect properties to identify and resolve potential safety hazards.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a residential or commercial setting.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work independently.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
