About the role

The Maintenance Technician for the Cru at Willows community ensures that all building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas operate safely, look presentable, and function efficiently. This full‑time, onsite position supports residents by addressing service requests and performing routine repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical and mechanical work on building infrastructure, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and safety of grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests, completing appliance and equipment repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.

Required profile

• Experience in building or property maintenance.
• Ability to work independently while delivering excellent customer service.
